However, the front desk employee, Karan Juneja, promptly addressed my concern and offered me another room, which was immaculate and comfortable. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Additionally, the hotel provided a mini dining room with complimentary afternoon soup, beverages, and a delightful breakfast spread. These added extras enhanced my overall experience and made me feel valued as a guest. Despite the minor cleanliness issue, I was pleased with the resolution and would consider staying at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and great value.
